Dizayn Mutfak is an industrial kitchen manufacturer and project partner based in Ankara, Türkiye. We bring together kitchen planning, custom stainless steel fabrication, equipment selection, installation and technical support.

Our manufacturing roots date back to a small workshop on Kına Sokak in 1988. The business has continued under the Dizayn Mutfak name since 1997, bringing workshop experience together with kitchen planning, engineering and manufacturing.

From planning to installation

Each project starts with the operator’s menu, capacity and workflow. We review the architectural layout, site dimensions and utility connections, considering preparation, cooking, storage, service and dishwashing as related work areas. Once the layout and equipment selection are agreed with the customer, we define quantities, dimensions and connection details and prepare technical drawings and 3D models. Standard equipment is complemented by custom stainless steel fabrication where required. Installation and working checks are considered alongside the layout and equipment selection.

Our product brand: FEMINOX

FEMINOX is the product brand of Dizayn Mutfak. Our product range covers cooking, refrigeration and neutral kitchen equipment. We combine our manufacturing and project experience to develop equipment and layouts around the needs of professional kitchens.

Manufacturing capabilities

Production preparation includes technical drawings and sheet-metal flat patterns. Cutting, bending, welding, assembly and surface finishing follow the product design. Dimensional, workmanship and relevant operating checks are followed by labelling and packaging before delivery. Feedback from project work and technical support informs subsequent design and manufacturing decisions.
